Where do the exchange rates come from?
YoRate shows mid-market rates from a professional data provider, updated every hour. Your bank or card network may use a slightly different rate.
How do you calculate card fees?
We collect fees from banks' official fee lists and show the date they were last checked. You can always edit the fee for your card.
My bank charged a different amount. Why?
Banks change fees, apply their own exchange rate, or add taxes. Tell us your bank and card, and we'll check the data.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Settings in YoRate and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same App Store or Google account.
How do I delete my data?
Tap Delete my data in YoRate settings, or email us. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.
